Job summary

Camping World is hiring an RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs while delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will lead demonstrations, handle presentations, and work with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions as you learn, with a choice after 30 days to stay on the hourly plan with commissions or move to a 100% commission plan. Earnings can reach $50,000–$150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred (RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate).
• Bondable and ability to secure a sales license where required.

Responsibilities

• Lead promotion of a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate RV features with rides and walk-throughs.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with customers.
