Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote top-notch customer experiences, demonstrate RVs, and close sales with the F&I and Management teams.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with a switch to a 100% commission plan after 30 days. Expect a total compensation range that reflects sales performance and monthly cycles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience, RV/auto/marine or equivalent preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
