Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with earning potential from $50,000 to $150,000 annually for qualifying personnel.

After 30 days you may switch to a 100% commission plan or stay with a blended plan. You will lead demonstrations, promote a top-tier customer experience, work with F&I and Sales Management, and follow up with customers with integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience preferred in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or similar industries.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell new and used RVs while delivering a high quality customer experience.
• Conduct RV demonstrations and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with collaboration from F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
