Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will sell new and used RVs, provide a top-quality customer experience, and help customers find the right recreational vehicle.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions, plus the potential for additional bonuses based on performance. After 30 days, you can choose to stay with the hourly plan or move to 100% commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and informative presentations.
• Close sales with the F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
