Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs. You will conduct demonstrations, walk-throughs, and work closely with the F&I and Sales Management teams to close sales.

The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions with the potential to earn $50,000 to $150,000+ annually. After 30 days, you choose to stay on base plus commissions or move to a 100% commission plan,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, ideally in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, or real estate.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Good computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in promoting a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and walk-throughs to facilitate purchases.
