Job summary

Camping World seeks a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs. You’ll conduct compelling demonstrations, close sales with F&I support, and maintain a no-pressure, high-integrity approach with every customer.

Starting base pay plus flat-rate commissions, with a 100% commission option after 30 days. Earn potential ranges from about $50,000 to $150,000 annually depending on performance. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales (RV preferred).
• Bondable and able to secure a sales license if required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-quality customer experience by selling new and used RVs.
• Demonstrate RV features with test drives and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
