Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience. You’ll start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, learning the ropes and building earning potential.

After 30 days, you decide to stay on the current plan with flat commissions or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. This role includes a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales by collaborating with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
