Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you’ll learn the ropes. After 30 days, you choose to stay with your current plan or switch to a 100% commission-based plan, with actual dates communicated to align with pay cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales, ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
