Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Ideal candidates will possess the drive to work hard, sell RVs, have fun and make money!

Starting out you’ll enjoy a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions. After 30 days you take control of your earning potential with a choice between a base plan with commissions or a 100% commission plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred (RV/auto/marine/real estate).
• Bondable and able to secure professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
