Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive sales of new and used RVs. The role offers a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions with a path to higher earnings, including a year-end bonus for qualified individuals.

Starting compensation includes a competitive base and commissions; after 30 days, you can choose to remain on base plus flat commission or switch to a 100% commission plan, aligned with pay cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.).
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Periods of lifting up to 25 lbs and may move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
