Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business, deliver a top-notch customer experience, and excel at selling new and used RVs through compelling demonstrations and walk-throughs. You’ll start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may choose to stay on the current plan or move to a 100% commission structure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
