Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll sell new and used RVs, perform demo rides, and deliver a first-class customer experience. Start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions and learn the ropes.

After 30 days, you can choose to stay on base plus commission or switch to 100% commission. The role includes opportunities for year-end bonuses, full-time benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' sales experience, RV/auto/marine or related industries preferred.
• Bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Promote top-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and walk-throughs to showcase features.
• Close sales with F&I and sales management team support.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
