Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote a top-notch customer experience while selling new and used RVs, conducting demos, and guiding customers through the sales process.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions. After 30 days you may stay on the hourly plan with commissions or move to a 100% commission plan.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license; basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
