Job summary

Camping World is looking for an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will promote top-tier customer experiences, sell new and used RVs, and conduct effective demo rides and presentations.

Starting pay features a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you can choose to stay on the hourly plan with commissions or switch to 100% commission-based pay, with earnings potential reflecting monthly cycles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred (RV/auto/marine or similar).
• Must be bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales by collaborating with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
