Job summary

Camping World in the United States is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver an exceptional customer experience while selling new and used RVs.

Starting compensation includes a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with the option to switch to a 100% commission plan after 30 days; total earnings commonly between $50,000 and $150,000 annually, with benefits and support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in sales (RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate or related) preferred.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales effectively with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
