Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business in Nashville. You will sell new and used RVs, conduct demonstrations, and work closely with F&I and sales management to close deals while maintaining a high-integrity, no-pressure approach for customers.

Starting compensation includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions with potential for significant earnings ranging from $50,000 to $150,000 annually and an optional 100% commission plan after 30

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, etc.).
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsabilités

• Promote top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
