Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will sell new and used RVs, demonstrate vehicles, and close sales with the F&I and Sales Management teams.

Earn a guaranteed base hourly rate with flat-rate commissions, and after 30 days you may choose a 100% commission-based plan, aligning pay with performance. Starting out, you’ll enjoy a clear earning path, learning the ropes while taking control of your compensation as cycles align with monthly pay periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ sales experience, preferably in RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields.
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with coordination from F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
