Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive revenue through selling new and used RVs. You will conduct demonstrations, close sales with the F&I and Sales Management team, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus commissions, with earnings potential between $50,000 and $150,000 annually for qualified performers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate or related fields preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
