Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. Start with a competitive base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with the option to move to a 100% commission plan after 30 days.

Potential earnings range from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually, including bonuses. You will lead RV sales efforts, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals while delivering a top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ sales experience, preferably RV/auto/marine/powersports real estate.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Lead in promoting a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
