Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You will drive sales of new and used RVs, present demonstrations, and work with the F&I and Sales Management teams to close deals.

Starting pay includes a competitive base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with potential for 100% commission after 30 days. Typical total annual target earnings range from $50,000 to $150,000, with benefits like PTO, 401(k), and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably RV/auto/powersports or related industries.
• Bondable and able to secure any required sales license.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsabilités

• Lead efforts to promote high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthrough presentations.
• Close sales in collaboration with F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
