Camping World is looking for an energetic RV Sales Associate in the United States. You will lead customer-centered experiences while selling new and used RVs, performing demonstrations, and driving sales in coordination with the F&I and Sales Management teams.

With a base hourly rate plus commissions, successful team members can earn from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually. After 30 days, you can choose your earning plan and begin maximizing your potential with options including a 100%

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' sales experience preferred across RV, automotive, marine, powersports, furniture, real estate, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and presentations to customers.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high integrity approach.
