Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with a transition to more commission-based plans after 30 days. Total annual compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ sales experience preferred (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, etc.).
• Candidate must be bondable and able to obtain a sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstrations and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management support.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
