Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business. The role involves selling new and used RVs, delivering demonstrations, and providing a top-notch customer experience. Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions as you learn the ropes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales, preferably RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Must be bondable and eligible for a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walkthroughs.
• Close sales in coordination with F&I and Sales Management.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
