Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive sales of new and used RVs. You will promote a top-notch customer experience, conduct demonstrations, and close deals with the F&I and Sales teams.

Starting pay includes a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions; after 30 days you may choose to stay on the hourly/commission plan or switch to 100% commission. Expect earnings between $50,000 and $150,000 annually with additional bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
