Job summary

Camping World is seeking an energetic RV Sales Associate to grow the business by selling new and used RVs and delivering a top-tier customer experience. You’ll start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, learning the ropes before choosing a plan aligned with monthly pay cycles.

After 30 days, you’ll decide to stay on the current hourly plan with flat commissions or switch to a 100% commission-based plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably RV, automotive, marine, powersports, or related fields.
• Strong customer-service mindset and high integrity in dealings with customers.
• Ability to review inventory and enter customer information using basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience while selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with collaboration from F&I and Sales Management teams.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure approach.
