Starting with a competitive guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, the role allows you to control earning potential after 30 days, with options to stay on base + commission or move to 100% commission. Full-time opportunities include benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (RV, automotive, marine, powersports, real estate, or related fields preferred).
• Bondable and able to secure a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Responsibilities

• Promote a high-quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk-through presentations.
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management support.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
