Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes.

After 30 days, you choose to stay on your current hourly plan plus flat commission, or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Successful team members typically earn $50,000 to $150,000 annually, with additional year-end sales bonuses for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
