Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business, with the drive to sell RVs, have fun and make money.

You’ll start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions while you learn the ropes. After 30 days, you’ll decide whether to stay on the hourly plan plus commissions or transition to a 100% commission-based plan. Actual start date will align with pay cycles.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' sales experience recommended (RV, auto, marine, powersports, real estate, etc.).
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required.
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.

Aufgaben

• Sell new and used RVs while delivering a high quality customer experience.
• Demonstrate RV features and conduct rides and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with F&I and Sales Management to close deals.
• Follow up with customers with a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
