Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business by leading the sale of new and used RVs and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you’ll learn the ropes and then decide on a compensation plan after 30 days, with potential for 100% commission-based earnings. Benefits, training, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years’ experience in sales, preferably RV/auto/powersports.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a sales license where required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to review inventory in a computer system.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach.
