Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and drive revenue by selling new and used RVs in a fast-paced environment.

You will start with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with the option after 30 days to stay on hourly plan and commissions or move to a 100% commission-based plan. Total compensation typically ranges from $50,000 to $150,000 annually, with additional incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information.
• Valid driver's license required.
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices.
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer
