Camping World is seeking a high-energy RV Sales Associate to grow the business and deliver a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs. You’ll demonstrate units, walk customers through features, and collaborate with the F&I and sales teams to close deals.

Starting with a guaranteed base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, you’ll have the option to stay on the hourly plan or switch to 100% commission after 30 days. Total earnings typically range from $50,000 to $150,000+ annually.

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably RV/auto/marine/powersports/real estate
• Bondable and able to obtain a professional sales license where required
• Valid driver’s license required, basic computer skills to review inventory and enter customer information

Responsabilidades

• Promote a high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs
• Conduct demonstration rides and walk-through presentations
• Close sales with F&I and Sales Management teams
• Follow up with customers using a no-pressure, high-integrity approach
