Job summary

Camping World is seeking a high energy, motivated RV Sales Associate to grow the business. You’ll promote and sell new and used RVs while delivering a top-tier customer experience on every visit.

You’ll start with a competitive base hourly rate plus flat-rate commissions, with the option to transition to a 100% commission plan after 30 days; the earning potential scales with performance. Full-time opportunities with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years' experience in sales ideally RV, automotive, marine, powersports, television, furniture, or real estate preferred.
• Must be bondable and able to secure a professional sales license (where required).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience selling new and used RVs.
• Conduct effective demonstration rides and walk through presentations.
• Close sales effectively by working closely with F&I and Sales Management team.
• Follow up and commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer.
