Equity LifeStyle Properties is seeking a Membership Specialist to educate guests about membership products and grow park memberships. You will identify prospects, schedule presentations, and support contract handling at designated parks.

This role includes presenting at events, building strong relationships with park staff, and promoting the Ambassador Program while ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Drive, Email.
• Collaborative and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communicator on phone, via email, and in-person.
• Role may require real estate license.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Educate and build awareness of membership products at the campground.
• Identify prospects and move them through the sales cycle.
• Give effective sales presentations to guests.
• Set appointments for membership presentations.
• Manage membership contracts and paperwork.
• Attend park events and coordinate with staff.
