Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Business Development Manager I to drive growth in the RV market by developing new opportunities and expanding relationships with large national accounts.

You will prospect, manage relationships, sell solutions, and pursue custom adhesive opportunities with a revenue growth target of $10M over five years. The role requires up to 50% travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Demonstrated success in generating and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing strategic or national accounts.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new RV accounts and grow portfolio revenue.
• Prospect and develop relationships with national accounts.
• Collaborate with R&D, technical service, operations and customer service to craft adhesive solutions.
• Lead pricing negotiations and present technical and commercial solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in Salesforce.
