Job summary

HR Collaboration Group LLC is seeking an RV Industry Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Elkhart, Indiana market. You will leverage established RV industry relationships to identify opportunities, quote custom rubber products, and drive new production programs.

You will travel locally to meet customers, collaborate with multiple internal teams, and develop a robust RFQ funnel from initial contact to award, with a focus on travel trailer and motorhome segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven experience in business development or OEM sales in the RV industry.
• Strong hunter mentality, persistence, and results‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop a new RV industry business channel and RFQ opportunities.
• Leverage existing relationships to open doors with OEMs and suppliers.
• Collaborate with purchasing, sourcing, engineering, and product development teams.
• Travel as necessary to meet customers and support growth.
• Present quotations and move opportunities to production programs.
