Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead our service center, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and profitability. You will support and manage Service Managers, drive revenue, and oversee labor costs while building a high-performing team of technicians and advisors.

The role requires strong communication, P&L analysis, and proficiency with dealership software. A valid driver’s license is required, and experience in RV or related industries is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV/auto/marine/power sports preferred.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of RVs and RV systems a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and Manage the Service Manager(s) as part of the Fixed Operations team in the location.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service department.
• Drive profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control.
• Build a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Warranty Administrators, Porters, and Detailers.
• Foster a culture of employee development and retention, customer satisfaction, and philanthropy.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with external vendors.
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
