Job summary

Camping World Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Fixed Operations Director to lead the service organization, support and manage Service Managers, and drive customer satisfaction and profitability at our RV/auto service centers.

In this role you will build a high-performing team, monitor P&L and labor costs, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain strong vendor relationships while meeting monthly budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a high-volume service center in RV, automotive, marine, or power sports is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and profitability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and analyze P&L reports.
• Proficient with dealership software systems (ADP, IDS, Reynolds & Reynolds, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Service Manager(s) as part of Fixed Operations.
• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction in the service department.
• Drive profitability through sales, gross profit, and labor cost control.
• Build and develop a high-performing team of technicians, service advisors, and support staff.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and meet monthly budget projections.
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment.
