Blue Compass RV is hiring an F&I Manager to guide customers through financing and protection options, closing deals with confidence, and delivering a smooth buying experience. The role emphasizes building trust, providing professional service, and driving profitable finance and insurance sales.

The position requires energy, drive, and a track record in dealership sales or F&I, with a focus on closing skills and customer satisfaction. Base and incentives reflect a strong compensation plan.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written communication skills, time management, professional appearance and conduct.

Responsabilités

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to all F&I office processes and contract flows.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with communications to the business office.
• Tracks F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetration.
• Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
• Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
