Blue Compass RV in the United States is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to guide customers through financing and protection plans. You will select lenders, secure approvals, finalize deals, and train staff while delivering a smooth, professional buying experience.

A background in auto finance and strong closing skills are essential for success. You’ll collaborate with sales and leadership to maximize F&I profitability, while upholding policy standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products
• Menu selling experience is required
• Business management experience in auto industry is a plus
• Effective oral and written communication, time management, and professional presentation are required
• Strong closing skills are necessary
• Strong organizational skills and ability to train finance and sales personnel
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR
• Assists sales desk in structuring deal
• Adheres to all F&I office process and flow of contracts
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with communication with business office
• Tracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations
• Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues
• Assists GM and Sales Manager in training sales staff
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
