Blue Compass RV in the United States is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to guide customers through financing options and protection plans, delivering a smooth, professional buying experience.

You will select lenders, secure approvals, finalize contracts, monitor F&I performance, train sales staff, and collaborate with management to grow the business.

This role requires 3–5 years in Finance & Insurance, menu selling experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication, time management, and professional appearance are required.
• Strong closing skills are necessary.
• Ability to train finance and sales personnel.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with communication with the business office.
• Tracks F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
• Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
