Blue Compass RV, a leading RV dealer network, seeks an F&I Manager to guide customers through financing options and protection plans that fit their lifestyle. You’ll close deals, build trust, and deliver a smooth buying experience.

Bring 3–5 years of F&I experience, strong closing skills, and a professional demeanor. Knowledge of auto finance and dealership processes is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written communication and professional demeanor required.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills are essential.

Aufgaben

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to F&I office processes and contract flow.
• Monitors contracts in transit and ensures funding.
• Tracks F&I performance metrics and lender penetrations.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings and F&I training.
• Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in staff training.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
