Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a dedicated School Coordinator to serve as the on-site implementation lead for the FSCS initiative. You will coordinate academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports across partnerships with schools, LEAs, and community organizations.

The role focuses on holistic student supports, extended learning, and family engagement, with a 100% time commitment to FSCS program activities, year-round, onsite during regular hours.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field required.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs and collaboration with rural schools/communities.
• Understanding of first-generation, low-income youth and families; ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSCS initiative implementation at the assigned school site per plan and MTSS framework.
• Facilitate school-level advisory board and engage stakeholders for needs and progress.
• Collaborate with school principal and partners to align services and outcomes.
• Coordinate and deliver integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Deliver extended learning opportunities, including after-school and summer programs.
• Monitor partner-delivered services for alignment with grant objectives and quality standards.
