Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) is seeking a School Coordinator to lead on-site implementation of the FSCS initiative at a designated school site in Missouri. Reporting to the FSCS Project Director, you will coordinate academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports to boost attendance, engagement, and readiness.

The coordinator will mobilize school and community resources, oversee after-school and summer learning, and engage families while ensuring alignment with MTSS

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Experience working with rural schools and communities.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board and engage stakeholders in identifying needs and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with school leaders and partners to align services and support outcomes.
• Coordinate and deliver integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Oversee after-school and summer learning opportunities in collaboration with staff and partners.
• Manage data, documentation, and reporting to meet grant requirements.
• Support family engagement programming and postsecondary readiness efforts.

Education

Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field
