Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) seeks a School Coordinator to lead the FSCS initiative on site, coordinating supports across schools, families, and community partners to improve attendance, engagement, and postsecondary readiness.

Reporting to the Project Director, this 12-month role requires collaboration with LEAs and community-based organizations, with a strong emphasis on data-informed planning and equity in rural communities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3 years in education or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs in education or human services.
• Ability to collaborate with rural schools and communities; familiarity with community school model.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSCS implementation at the assigned school site in line with the program plan.
• Facilitate the school advisory board and engage leaders, families, and partners.
• Coordinate services and align them to grant objectives and school priorities.
• Deliver integrated supports and postsecondary readiness activities.
