Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact seeks a School Coordinator to lead on-site FSCS implementation and coordinate services across schools, LEAs, and community partners. The role requires managing academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and health supports to boost attendance and readiness for postsecondary success.

You will engage families, supervise joint planning, and ensure grant objectives are met within a 12-month cycle with regular in-person work.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 3+ years in education or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Ability to collaborate with rural schools and communities.
• Familiarity with the community school model.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with data processing and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site implementation of the FSCS initiative at the assigned school site in alignment with the comprehensive program plan and grant requirements.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board and engage leaders, families, partners in identifying needs and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate with the principal and partners to align services and support outcomes.
• Deliver integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Coordinate extended learning opportunities with staff and partners to support student success.
• Monitor partner services for grant alignment and quality standards.
• Support data collection, reporting, and continuous improvement activities.
