Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) is seeking a School Coordinator to lead the FSCS initiative on-site. You will coordinate academic, behavioral, and health supports, align services with grant objectives, and work with schools, LEAs, and community partners to advance student success.

You will implement structured postsecondary readiness services, family engagement programs, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring timely data and compliance with federal reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3+ years of experience in education, community engagement or related field.
• Experience in human services.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Familiarity with the community school model.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSCS implementation at the assigned school site.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board with stakeholders.
• Coordinate services with the principal and partners to meet outcomes.
• Deliver integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and health supports.
• Coordinate extended learning opportunities and after-school programs.
• Manage community partnerships and monitor partner services.
• Provide college and career advising and FAFSA guidance.
• Deliver family engagement programming and engagement activities.
• Support data collection, reporting, and program evaluation.
