Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) seeks a School Coordinator to lead the FSCS initiative on-site at a Kentucky school. You will coordinate academic, behavioral, health, and postsecondary supports, collaborating with schools, LEAs, and community partners to expand services and meet grant objectives.

The role requires managing multiple tasks, leading advisory boards, and ensuring attendance, engagement, and readiness outcomes align with the program pillars across a full-time, 12-month schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in human services.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Familiarity with the community school model.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSCS implementation at the assigned school site in alignment with the program plan and grant requirements.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board and engage stakeholders to support improvement.
• Collaborate with the principal and partners to align services and outcomes.
• Coordinate integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Deliver extended learning opportunities after school and in summer in collaboration with staff and partners.
• Monitor grant objectives and ensure quality standards and reporting.
