Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) seeks a School Coordinator to lead the FSCS initiative on-site at a designated school. The role ensures coordinated, high-quality supports that improve attendance, engagement, and postsecondary readiness through strong partnerships with schools, LEAs, and community-based organizations.

The position emphasizes collaboration, planning, and data-informed decision-making, with a focus on four FSCS pillars and comprehensive family engagement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education, community engagement or related field.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Ability to collaborate with rural schools and communities.
• Understanding of first generation, low-income youth and families.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills including data processing and Microsoft Office, Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSCS implementation at the assigned school site in alignment with the program plan and MTSS framework.
• Facilitate the school-level advisory board and engage leaders, families, partners in identifying needs and supporting improvement.
• Collaborate with the principal and partners to align services and support project outcomes.
• Coordinate and deliver integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional, health, and postsecondary supports.
• Deliver extended learning opportunities and coordinate community partnerships to support objectives.
• Maintain timely documentation and support reporting requirements.
