Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) seeks a School Coordinator to lead the FSCS initiative on-site, coordinating supports for students, families, and communities. The role requires collaborating with schools, LEAs, and community partners to advance attendance, engagement, and postsecondary readiness.

The ideal candidate has an associate’s degree with several years in education or community programs, strong communication, and a commitment to rural communities. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience in education or related field.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs.
• Familiarity with community school model.
• Experience working in rural schools or communities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FSCS implementation at the assigned school site in alignment with the program plan and grant requirements.
• Coordinate the school-level advisory board and engage stakeholders to identify needs and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with school principals and partners to align services and support project outcomes.
