Job summary

Partners for Rural Impact (PRI) seeks a School Coordinator for the FSCS Initiative. This full-time, grant-funded role is on-site and reports to the Program Manager, FSCS. The coordinator ensures coordinated supports that boost attendance, engagement, academics, and college readiness.

The position involves coordinating school and community resources, leading advisory boards, managing data and reporting, and delivering postsecondary readiness services and family engagement programs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 3 years in education or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating multifaceted programs in rural settings.
• Experience partnering with schools, LEAs, and community organizations.
• Familiarity with the community school model.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site implementation of FSCS at the assigned school site.
• Facilitate school advisory board and engage stakeholders.
• Coordinate integrated academic, behavioral, social-emotional supports.
• Deliver extended learning opportunities and postsecondary readiness services.
• Support data collection, reporting, and program evaluation.
